There is a video on YouTube that showed how the Nexus One loses 3G reception signal just by covering the back of the phone with a hand and it was reported on BGR. This may have led some people to think that it is due to the Nexus One being designed badly. taz5176 asked in a comment if this is the case for my Nexus One and I promised a video response and here it is.

This is one very useful application to find more details about something that has a barcode/QR code, or for copying simple text/URL’s for use in the Nexus One.
